Lukanka kind of dry sausage typical of Bulgarian cuisine. It is a flat, dried pressed raw meat product with a red-brown, evenly covered with white noble mold. Inside dry sausage has a characteristic mozaechna structure formed by separate small pieces of meat and bacon.
