Golden kiwi was developed relatively recently - at the end of the 20th century. Yellow kiwi is not green inside, but has a yellowish-golden hue - hence its name. It also differs from the usual one in size and in the greater sweetness of the pulp and lack of astringency. The pulp even has honey shades. You can eat it with a spoon or peel the fruit from the soft, smooth peel. This is a product that quickly deteriorates, and therefore you should not delay eating it. Kiwi can be eaten fresh or added to desserts. But it also serves as the basis for preparing marmalade, confiture, and various dressings.
