Nowadays, many wine regions around the world produce excellent Sauvignon Blanc wines. Yet the Loire Valley, the birthplace of the variety, provides the most exciting examples. Especially the wines from the two "cult" appellations - Sancerre and Pouillly Fumé, which are located opposite each other and only the river separates them. And if in Sancerre we can find, in addition to Sauvignon Blanc, plantings of Pinot Noir, 100% of the vineyards of Puy-Fumet are of Sauvignon Blanc.A real "kingdom" of Sauvignon. Pouilly- Fumé "Endigen" is the second wine from the "Grand Cuvée" selection of Pascal Jolivet. A strict selection of the best grapes from old vines planted on pure flint soil in the heart of the Tracy-sur-Loire village. The name of the wine contains the idea that only wild yeasts (levures Indigènes) are used in the production, which are found in the vines, the grapes and are part of the terroir.
