Shirataki noodles, also known as Кonjac noodles. In a shape resembling rice grains. Shirataki noodles are prepared from the edible roots of the konjac plant (Amorphophallus konjac). Konjac is used as a dietary food because it is low in carbohydrates, rich in fibreс and with high content of natural glucomannan (polysaccharide). Konjac noodles are ready to eat in 2 minutes.
